When will my bundle arrive?

In-stock orders usually dispatch from our U.S. supplier within 1–2 business days. Ground delivery in the contiguous U.S. generally takes another 2–5 business days. These are estimates; shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Can I return my bundle?

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with original tags and packaging. Return the complete bundle and all accessories. Approved returns receive a prepaid label and go directly to our supplier. Promotion-specific exclusions may apply.

Options include 28L, 28L 2.0, 34L 2.0 and 40L. Check the dimensions of your selected option against your airline’s size and weight limits before traveling. Carry-on and personal-item allowances vary by airline.

How do I request a return?
